Brilliant Club Scholars Programme Celebrates Success

Year 9 and 10 students in the Brilliant Club's Scholars Programme took a trip to the University of Sussex to celebrate their success recently.
 
The students received their certificates in a ceremony with all of the schools that participated. They were also able to tour the university and speak to university students to understand what to expect in their future studies.

Brilliant club

The Scholars Programme brings university-style learning to secondary schools, with PhD scholars sharing their subject knowledge and passion for learning with small groups of pupils.

For this programme, students studied issues around literary prizes and censorship, supported by a PhD scholar, and then completed a 2000 word essay. We are very proud of our scholars and all they have achieved!
