Virtual Careers and Inspirational Talks for Secondary Pupils
We are incredibly excited to extend our relationship with the Speakers for Schools Foundation by providing free inspirational virtual talks from a host of celebrities and business owners over the forthcoming weeks. See a list a list of upcoming talks.
During the school closure period, students are able to watch free seminars from speakers such as the actor and director David Morrisey, former leader of the Green Party Baroness Natalie Bennett, lead director of the BBC Richard Murrell, Vice President of Spotify Marco Bertozzi, Vice President of Facebook Lady Nicola Mendelsohn and many more.
The talks are designed to give students an insight into different career paths and inspiration on how to achieve their goals. Although primarily aimed at KS4/KS5 students, any student can join in by clicking the link on the talk they wish to view.
Students are able to join anonymously, ask questions if they wish, and engage in online forums such as Instagram and Twitter for each talk. Students can also download an activity sheet to work from during the seminar.
