HGA Go To Wembley

On Saturday, the HGA PE department and 20 pupils travelled to Wembley to see England’s ladies football team take on Germany.

They left HGA Saturday afternoon to be greeted at Wembley by freebies which consisted of foam fingers and England flags which definitely came in handy when England scored!

Although England lost 2-1, with Germany’s second goal being scored in 90th minute, all pupils and staff had a great day.

The PE department hope to attend more sporting events with HGA pupils. Watch this space!
