Hot Cross Buns Baked by Year 9 for Food Preparation Display
We're very impressed with the quality of the food students have prepared for our Food Preparation and Nutrition display. These hot cross buns were baked by Crystal, Year 9
Year 9 learned how to prepare hot cross buns, demonstrating the functional and working characteristics of yeast as a raising agent and adding additional ingredients to increase the nutritive value and enrich dough.
